Kiniciti is a platform company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), the largest private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare and technology industries. Kiniciti was established to provide dedicated resources, expertise and capital to help innovative cell and gene therapy companies accelerate the advancement of their products.

We created the name “Kiniciti” to evoke kinetic energy and purpose, capturing the company’s role as a dynamic partner in motion. The identity is anchored by an elegant wordmark with subtle DNA references, and brought to life through a visual system inspired by brain teasers and problem solving. The brand’s key art reflects motion, connection, and scale, while its pine green and bold orange palette strikes a balance between confidence and modernity. We launched the new brand with a full suite of marketing tools and a digital presence that reflects its mission to unlock cell and gene therapy potential.
