Bus tour at ISCT?! 🚍 Yup! One of my standout moments at ISCT 2025 was meeting Heather Munoz, MN, RN, CPN, CPHON, QIA, Principal for Global Market Development at BBG Advanced Therapies.

Heather gave us a tour of their brand-new mobile leukapheresis center—yes, an actual bus designed to perform leukapheresis collections of starting materials for cell and gene therapies. This innovation is a huge step toward expanding access to lifesaving treatments by bringing collection capabilities closer to patients.

We also got her unique perspective on the industry—shaped by years of experience across both healthcare and life sciences—and what she sees as the next big opportunities in advanced therapies.
